Happy Holidays!!

I know I haven't posted in a long time, but wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
The past few months have been a bit difficult. I've struggled with having a very low blood count and in general blood issues since having my baby. I think we finally have it back to normal but I've gained weight being on certain pills. I'm hoping getting off those will help me lose the weight now.
It's also been a bit tough getting back into a set routine with a new baby in the house. It has seemed like everytime I went to exercise he would start acting up and then I'd forget about working out. I think we are finally to the point of having a set bedtime and now he can entertain himself a little more so I'll be able to get more workouts in!
I don't mean to make excuses for myself...I don't want to do that! But its time to move forward and after the holidays I'm going to be back at it. I'm not yet back to my biggest but alot closer then I ever wanted to be. But I know I can lose it I have before so I know I can do it again!!

September Goals

Since I'm trying to get back into the swing of things I thought I should come up with some goals for the month. I'm starting the 30 Day Shred tomorrow!! Hoping I can stick with it and lose this month. We have family pictures scheduled for the last part of October, and I want to be as close to my weight last year as possible. But for now I will just set goals for this month.
·Workout at least 5 days a week!
·Stay under my calorie goal at least 5 days a week!
·Lose at least ten pounds!
·Start using my juicer!
I'm really excited to start using my juicer just need to start shopping for the ingredients to make yummy smoothies and juices. I really hope it will help me to lose the weight and get all the vitamins and minerals I need since I'm still trying to get all my levels back to normal since I've been low on most of them since having my baby.

Restarting!

Since I am now cleared to workout I am restarting...Finally! My ticker now shows my new goal. I'm still smaller than I was when I first started, but thought seeing the 0 lost would be a good motivator. As of right now I have 55 pounds to lose to be to my ultimate goal. I'm not counting on being able to lose the weight like I did last time, I'm sure it will take some time since I'm still trying to get into a routine. I'm way excited to get back exercising though! Going to do my first workout tonight once the kids are asleep:)
